Job Description

Join our compassionate team at Apple Valley Villa as a Caregiver! In this role, you will answer and transfer phone calls and provide routine nursing care and services to our residents. 

This is a  Part-Time , benefit eligible position working 40 hours every 2 weeks including every other weekend.

Part-Time Shifts: Night (11:00pm to 7:00am)  

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on experience 

 

What does a Home Health Aide do?

• Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents
• Administer medications to residents as needed
• Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff
• Assist in resident emergencies
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed
• Perform additional tasks as required

What does a Home Health Aide require?

• CNA certification is welcomed but not required to apply.
• Med Passer experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work well with others
• A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
• Must be 18 years or older
