District Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business goals. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and drive business success.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring all sales objectives are met.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support team growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align district goals with overall company objectives.
- Participate in key client meetings and presentations to enhance customer relationships.
- Utilize sales tools and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
- Ensure a strong customer focus by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize sales and operational efficiencies.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- 2-3 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing a remote sales team is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned district.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements.
