Host/Server Location Lillington, NC :

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations within our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about the menu and restaurant services.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations in accordance with food service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $15.00 per hour
