Job Description

Seeking a Junior Engineer with 2D and 3D modeling experience, to help to optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost, productivity, and quality while managing production workflow.

Junior Engineer Responsibilities:

Maintain workplace safety and 3S standards
Communicate promptly with supervisors and departments
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
Troubleshoot technical issues and customer complaints
Lead production improvement projects
Support facility maintenance and upgrades
Manage equipment documentation and plant layouts

Junior Engineer Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
Solid experience with working with internal and external customers and contractors
Strong Project Management experience
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Autodesk Creator a PLUS
Robotics and automation experience a PLUS
Experience with statistical analysis and technical documentation
Experience with process improvement and safety: plant layout, tools, fixture design, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
