Production Associate

Nesco Resource, a leading staffing provider, is seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established client in the Gates area. Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
• Overtime: Some Friday mornings as required by production demands

Pay Rate:

• $16.00 - $19.00 an Hour (Based On Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products, ensuring proper movement and positioning.
• Safely load and unload products into kilns, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of mixes used in the formation of grinding tools, adhering to precise instructions and measurements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain a consistent workflow.
• Adhere to quality control standards by inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure and productive workplace.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and efficiency.

• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a punctual attendance record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tasks.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
